ORDERING

I’M IN LOVE. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 
It’s pretty easy: Add all desired items to the cart, and then proceed to checkout. Enter your personal information and payment method, and voila! Your life will never be the same again. 

BUT DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We recommend that you do, although it is totally optional. 
You can start shopping without registering, and when you checkout, enter your personal information. But each time when you return to purchase, you will have to re-enter your information, and that can become a bit repetitive.

OK. SO WHAT IS 'MY ACCOUNT'?
It’s your personal space that includes your personal information, order tracking information, order history, cart and favorite looks

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your purchase is complete, your order number should be displayed on the screen. You should also receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact Customer Care and let us help you!

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

OH NO. WHAT DO I DO IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED?
Don’t worry! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
If none of these apply, please contact Customer Care. We’re happy to help!

SHIPPING

WHAT’S THE STORY WITH SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping with purchases of over $100. Under $100, shipping costs $8.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY NEW LOOKS?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase from our awesome Tel Aviv warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 11-14 business days. 

I CAN’T WAIT! WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here’s how it works: First you order, then we process, and then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 3 pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Bon Voyage--it’s on the way!

RETURNS

We are so sorry that you are not happy. Please contact Customer Care to help you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on our tights within 30-days of purchase!
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
Item/s must be in original condition and never removed from packaging. 
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
First of all, we are terribly sorry and hope it never happens. If however you do receive a damaged item or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Care immediately.

MY ORDER IS LOST! WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Care right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

GARMENT CARE

HOW DO I WASH ZOHARA TIGHTS?
Treat with TLC: Hand wash with cold water inside out without soaking. Air dry. 
Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. 
There will be no exchanges or returns of items due to washing not according to the instructions.

SIZING

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Get ready to be totally floored… Zohara Tights come in one size and fit a wide range of sizes.
Our nylon styles fit sizes 0-16.
Our cotton styles fit sizes 0-10.
Our sheer styles fit sizes 0-10.

CAN THAT BE REAL!?
Yes. Due to the high quantity of elastane, our tights stretch and fit a wide range of sizes. And if you are still not confident, we guarantee fit and if you’re not satisfied, we are happy to refund you should sizing not be to your liking.
